Refund Policy

Our No-Refund Policy

At Blue Collar Plumbing & Mechanical, we take pride in the quality of our plumbing services and the professionalism of our licensed technicians.
All completed plumbing repairs, installations, or maintenance services are final and non-refundable once rendered.

Because plumbing work involves labor, materials, and on-site service time, refunds cannot be issued after work has begun or been completed. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving estimates before service starts.

Exceptions

Refunds are only considered if:

  • A duplicate payment was made in error.

  • Services were canceled before any technician was dispatched or work began.

In such cases, any approved refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Service Guarantee

While we do not offer monetary refunds, we stand behind our workmanship.
If you experience an issue related to a recent service, please contact us within 7 days of completion, and we will inspect the problem and make reasonable corrections when applicable.

This approach ensures that every customer receives a fair and functional resolution while maintaining transparency and professional accountability.
